<span style="color: purple;"><br />On behalf of all Board of Directors, I 
myself acknowledge the team for proving and ensuring RRDP. I am pleased to
 see RRDP growing, achieving milestones and contributing to attain its 
mission and vision. I am glad to state that RRDP has been able to 
improve the quality of life of 0.29 million underserved population 
including men, women and children in remote areas of 5 districts of 
Balochistan. There is no doubt that RRDP is a leading organization in 
Balochistan based on several indicators such as the positive change it 
has spotlighted through its extended outreach, beneficiaries, 
stakeholders, portfolio, projects and staff. Therefore, I acknowledge in
 golden words that the credit of being the leading organization in 
Balochistan goes to the hardship, commitment, tireless efforts, 
dedication and sacrifices of RRDP’s employees who have been sincerely 
contributing in reducing people’s sufferings in the province. Since, 
RRDP is contributing significantly in attaining the Millennium 
Development Goals (MDG) by more suitable and sustainable approaches of 
social mobilization. I would congratulate Mr. Habib Malangzai, Managing 
Director (MD) who has been successful to lead the transition of social 
mobilization theory into practice by organizing and developing the 
capacities of communities to harness their potential. I am grateful to 
all donors, partners, communities and government departments for their 
generous contribution and support to RRDP for improving the quality of 
life of marginalized and disadvantaged human beings of Balochistan. I 
look forward to their continuous support for realizing the overarching 
vision & mission of RRDP.</span>

<span style="color: purple;">Since last three years, RRDP has 
successfully laid the foundations of a vibrant and responsive 
development organization by expanding its presence across 5 districts 
of Balochistan. I am delighted to share that Rakhshan Rural Development 
Program has been successful to contribute in improving the quality of 
life of 0.03 million marginalized households. RRDP has contributed 
significantly in obtaining six Millennium Development Goals (MDG)such as 
eradicate extreme poverty, achieve universal primary education, promote 
gender equity and women empowerment, reduce child mortality, improve 
maternal health and ensure environmental sustainability. RRDP’s development philosophy and experience of two decades witnessed 
that social mobilization is the most appropriate approach for 
sustainable development that prepare grounds for all other development 
initiatives. Therefore, 176 COs, 22 VOs and 5 LSOs were 
institutionalized in 24 union councils of 5 districts in Balochistan.

It gives me energy and confidence that RRDP’s team is talented, hard 
working, committed, dynamic and passionate to reduce the sufferings of 
poor and marginalized communities.</span></div>
